CLASSES
Beginners – suitable for those with little or no
experience of Yoga.
General – suitable for those more experience, headstand
is taught and practiced.
Restorative
– light posture work & relaxation suitable for all.
Yoga for Pregnancy
– Birthlight Yoga for pregnancy and birth - suitable for all stages
of pregnancy. If you have any questions about this class feel free to
contact Frankie on 07890 996 782. NB: Pregnant women
in full-time paid employment are legally entitled to time off work for
relaxation classes.

OTHER
INFORMATION
Clothing – wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing.
Yoga is practiced barefoot.
Meals – Yoga is practiced with an empty stomach.
Allow 1-2 hours after a snack, 3-4 hours after a substantial meal.
Yoga as taught here is not
necessarily suitable for those with certain medical conditions, if unsure
please contact us before arriving for your first class. |
